She is an appointed panel member of National Treasury's Internal Control and Financial Management Systems for local government.

Pule Moiloa

Research Director, CIO - Strategy & Governance

Pule has vast experience covering key topics of enterprise and IT governance, strategy and emerging technologies. His expertise includes business context discovery, IT strategy, emerging trends, in particularly smart cities, where he has led the development of RAC's methodology and research on business context discovery and IT strategy. He has worked with multiple clients to leverage these methodologies by creating custom programs to fit each organization's details. He participates on numerous boards, notably ISACA SA Chapter. PRASA etc.

Adv. Lufuno Khorommbi

Research Director, Executive Services - Security, Risk & Compliance

Lufuno provides boards, CISOs and security managers with action- able research regarding their risk exposure, relevant threats, and potential solutions. Her areas of security expertise include cyber law, strategy and governance, security & risk management. Lufuno has facilitated numerous client engagements building as GITO, FOSS and FOSSFA council secretariat, multilingualism technologies, strategies and policies for GWEA, MISS and MIOS and SCM vendor strategies programs across many verticals including national, provincial and local government.

Kelebogile Phiri

Research Director, Service Planning & Architecture

Kelebogile has an extensive background in IT service management and change management consulting roles. Kelebogile has spent over two decades helping clients understand and improve their customer experience by analyzing existing operations and implementing the strategies, processes, and technologies needed to increase sales, service, and productivity. She is innovative and results-driven, applying a pragmatic adaptive approach to integrating and aligning IT strategies with business goals and objectives.

Ahmed Muslim

Research Director, Applications, Data & BI

Ahmed has extensive experience in strategy formation and execution in the information management domain, including master data management, data governance, knowledge management, enterprise content management, big data, and analytics. He brings a unique mix of technology and business acumen and has worked on many data-driven business applications. In his previous architecture roles, Ahmed has created a number of product roadmaps, technology strategies, and models.

Fred Thompson

Research Director, IT Portfolio & Project Management

Fred specializes in Project Portfolio Management, Project Management, and Organizational Change Management. He brings over 35 years of experience in IT, primarily in Performance, Quality, Product and Project Management roles. He aspires to position quality and beneficiation, buttressed by ICT as a means for Africa to thrive in the fourth industrial revolution (4IR) and digitization era. His focus is on Demystifying the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) and the related trends inherent in digitization that includes: IoT, Big Data, Digital Twinning, Digital Platforms and Marketing along with a variety of other emerging innovations and applications.

Mdu Mkhonza

Research Director, Service Planning & Architecture

Mdu has extensive experience gained over the years in managing assets, auditing and optimizing licensing agreements, building documentation, improving service desks, and optimizing processes. His work thus far has focused on refining the technology road mapping process to ensure IT activities align to business needs as well as modernization projects in networking, storage, and the data centers. Mdu has led research projects for UKZN information systems and technology and managed the ICT Innovation Support Centre for Dept. of Science and Technology. He is passionate about transformation in the ICT sector having facilitated numerous development and empowerment initiatives as the president of the BITF.

James Nkosi

Research Lead, Executive Services

James is Research Lead at 2063~RAC where he leads emerging trends, organizational strategy and digital performance management transformation research. James has numerous years of consulting experience predominantly in the areas of performance management and strategy facilitation. His experience includes research in the public sector programme monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and the design and implementation of Balanced Scorecards (BSC). His desire is to continuously support and develop organizations capabilities in pursuing strategy management with emphasis on strategy implementation techniques that provide the leverage for strategy success.

Riyaz Karodia

Research Lead, Enterprise Applications

Riyaz has more than 20 years of industry experience developing ERP applications in the exploration, mining, manufacturing and aviation industry. Riyaz was a leader of software development teams building and implementing ERP solutions in multiple verticals. As part of the Applications Advisory team Riyaz supports application development and management processes for custom and major enterprise apps including; Define Application Portfolio Management, Discovery, and Rationalization Practices; Modernize the Software Delivery Life Cycle ((including Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, Application Architecture, Application Design, Application Development. Quality Assurance and Testing, and Release Management and related tools)

Richard Sikhosana

Executive Counselor, Practice Lead - Risk & Compliance

Richard is passionate about partnering with business and technology leaders, providing 2063~RAC's research-based insights and guidance, and supporting the exceptional delivery of enterprise business outcomes. As a leader and strategist, Richard has led organizations through the development and successful execution of significant business transformation and technology modernization initiatives. Richards primary focus is on helping clients align governance activities to business objectives through strategic planning, risk management, compliance management, and policy development. Richard has 15 years Banking and public sector experience in IT service management, vendor management, business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
